When they are doing great work, let them know. Everyone loves a pat about the back for excellent work.
Allow freelance writer know you'll be having more work with them later on; this really is always useful when you are the understanding of a long term relationship.
When you hire a freelancer through an online writing service. Attempt to hire them outside the writing service, particularly if they request it. Some of these writing services charge a higher fee to freelancers his or her cut, some around 8.75% or even more. Going outside can help you save both cash, you in writers fees and freelancers unwanted fees cut from their income.
Let the freelancer work on all of your projects they are comfortable with working on. You'll be surprised at some of the things they can do for you.
Should you give them explicit directions for a project, do not complain when you get precisely what you may well ask for within the finished work. Realize they're only following directions.
Give them some innovative leeway when they ask or else you just give general guidelines.
I have listed some things which can make you content and your freelance writer happy as well. Freelance writers perform best away from norm, again this is why they're freelancers. That like their freedom and they will create some outstanding products for you personally whenever you allow them to. This is what separates the great freelancers from those who want to be good.

RSS Data Feeds Can Make Money Online

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or Rich SiteSummary.
It also has been referred to as a "pull" technology rather than a "push" technology. And, in fact, this feature is what makes RSS so popular in terms of today's Internet usage.
It's probably hard to argue that anyone who uses the Internet today hasn't heard of spam. If they have an email inbox it is probably full of it.
Spam, for the uninitiated, is the receipt of unwanted emails from people whom you did not request to receive information. Spam represents the "push" technology. That is, people "push" their email message at your inbox, whether you have asked to receive the email or not.
And that aspect of "push" technology is what many have come to believe is the death of email. It's arguable that email will still be around for quite a long time, even though there are still people who continue the illegal spam process. In fact, companies are making millions now just providing everyday users as well as huge corporations, solutions claiming to solve their spam problem.
RSS, on the other hand, can be said to be the exact opposite of the email "push" technology. Because you cannot "push" your message to subscribers. In fact, the only way that people can subscribe to an RSS feed is to do so voluntarily. And, at the same time, they can unsubscribe whenever they want.
That's why it's called a "pull" technology. Because subscribers "pull" information into their readers and, if the content isn't what they expect, they can unsubscribe whenever they'd like. So, unlike the email "push" technology, there is no one using RSS that is experiencing an inbox full of spam. All they have to do is to unsubscribe and they will never receive another message from the person who provided the feed.
RSS has become a popular way to make money on line too. And that is due in part to the popularity of the RSS "pull" technology. Here's one way of monetizing a website using RSS feeds.
Imagine setting up a static one page web site - a minisite if you will. Now, add either Google Adsense code or the new Yahoo version of the Google Adsense style ads that, when clicked by a visitor - you earn cash.
This gives you a nice starting point and, if you optimize your web page properly, there is a good chance you will get a high ranking in the search engines. And, the more people who see your page, the more likelihood they will click on one of the links on your web page and you'll earn revenue from the click.
But RSS provides an even greater potential. Because by adding an RSS feed to that same web page, you turn a static web page that only contains the information you placed on it, into a dynamic ever changing web page that others will likely come back more than once to read.
After all, once someone has read a one page web site, what incentive is there for them to come back? Plenty, if you use RSS feeds on your web page. It is possible to add 5, 10 or 15 feeds on your once static web page and now, you've got a page that automatically updates itself and provides something that people will want to come back to read time and time again.
You can easily convert any web page into a dynamic web page using free RSS creator software. One of the most popular free versions is called Carp and you can download it at this web link: http://www.geckotribe.com/rss/carp/.
Once you've set this program up on your website and added the proper code to your website, then you will need to collect RSS feeds that relate to the topic of your web page.
Let's say that the topic of your web page is flower gardens. You could go to Google News and get their RSS feed code, place it into the appropriate position in your Carp coding you put on your web page and then adjust the code as follows:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&q=flower+gardens&ie=UTF-8&output=rss
You can also get a similar feed from Topix.net and you'd adjust the code like this:
http://rss.topix.net/search/?q=flower+gardens&xml=1
Now, once you have uploaded your web page, your site will automatically pull in fresh information from Google and Topix about flower gardens. Simply follow this illustration for any web page you'd like to monetize and watch your search engine ranking soar and also your bank account!

Creating a YouTube Video Marketing Campaign

When you create a viral video, the most important thing is that as many people see it as possible. Unfortunately, many people end up paying crazy prices to get marketing companies to get their video in the top ten most viewed videos of the day. When people try to create their own viral video, however, they often find that they don't end up hitting these top places. Here are several great tips for helping you start a YouTube video marketing campaign.
Creating a Viral Video
A viral video is a video that is spread around like a virus. People will get a hold of it, watch it, and even send it on to their friends. The content of your video is very important. If you are making your first video you are best off making a funny film, which are some of the easiest to spread around. Make sure that you brainstorm some great ideas before choosing the best one for your video.
Editing a Viral Video
It is surprising how many people over look the writing stage of a viral video. A YouTube video marketing campaign requires you to have a video that is clear and easy to understand, but that does not necessarily mean that they must be high quality. Make sure you check the sound and lighting to make sure that views can easily understand your video.
Posting a Video
Starting a YouTube video marketing campaign is very simple, and all you have to do is post up your video on the site. There are many other sites you can post your video at, and the more you do the more your video will be seen. YouTube is a site that accommodates for tens of thousands of new video postings every day, but it is the first place people go to when they are looking for a video.
Marketing Your Viral Video
The most important part is the actual YouTube video marketing campaign. This involves promoting the video to other people so they can get others to watch it, and so on. You may have to write your own blogs, start forums, or rate your video yourself to persuade people to watch it. Make sure that you send it to all of your friends first, as they are your greatest key to getting videos passed around.
If you follow these great YouTube video marketing campaign tips you should be able to turn out several great viral videos in no time at all. It is important that you keep researching different techniques for making a great YouTube video marketing campaign. That way you will be able stay up to date with the best viral video marketing techniques.
A great technique for a YouTube video marketing campaign is to create several different videos about the same topic, and post them all at the same time. This makes people want t o click on these videos once they have already seen the last ones. Don't try to keep your video up longer by posting a new video every few days, because it rarely works. People quickly lose interest on a video and won't come back to it every few days.

The Best Business Card I Ever Saw

I knew from the first moment I saw his card that I had to talk to the person who left it for me. Why did I feel so strongly about it?
Well, for a start, it made me laugh. Nothing is as important as being alive, so enjoy it while you can: “Carpe Diem”. We’ve all heard it said, but how many of us really know much about it? Where it came from, or who said it?
“Carpe Diem”: the famous advice “Seize the Day” is from Horace’s Odes. (Odes in Horace’s case, being his thoughts on lots of different things). The full thought is: “Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero”, which may be translated as: “Enjoy today, trusting little in tomorrow.”
Thus, “carpe diem” from ancient times until now has been advice expressed in many different ways, e.g. eat drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die; make hay while the sun shines; enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think. Or in 2006: “Life’s a bitch – and then you die.”
Anybody who can make me laugh in the middle of my business day is someone I want to associate with, I can tell you.
The other reason I wanted so much to see the person who called and left the card, was that I needed to give it back to him. In selling, they say that the best way to succeed is by giving someone what they want. Because, in doing so, you’re fulfilling a need – or at least, what your potential buyer perceives as a need. (The latter being the reason why so much advertising is designed to create a perceived need). And this guy had certainly created a need for me to see him, simply by leaving his card!
I guess the third reason is that curiosity, as they say, killed the cat. How many of us respond to something simply because our curiosity is aroused? I freely confess that I do. The need to know is one of our strongest, human urges – some would say weakness.
(No reading ahead, please!)
For sure, curiosity has been the downfall of many an otherwise, over-cautious individual. I wanted to know not just who he was, but who had designed the card; what the person looked like who had presented it; and whether he meant what he said – sorry, no, that last bit isn’t true! I knew he didn’t mean it. He couldn’t possibly mean it.
So, it made me laugh; it aroused my curiosity; and it achieved its primary objective: it made me want to see him. What did his card say? Well, his name, business address and contact details were on one side. On the other side however, it read:
(The first two words were handwritten – the rest of the message was printed on the card.)
“Dear Hilary,
I would like to go to bed with you. If the answer is yes, please keep this card. If the answer is no, please return it – as I am running out of cards.”
What card does he use, you might ask, when the recipient is a fellow male . . . ?

New Social Network Marketing Secret

Using the power of Social Networking websites like MySpace or other blogging sites is a great way to promote your business. However, because most of these sites are free, they tend to provide a 'value-less' experience. Instead, a new type of Social Networking website - A Social Reward and Recognition space - can provide an incredibly valuable sales and marketing tool for a very small financial outlay. Let's illustrate this claim by examining a very real example.
Being a nominee on the1000best, a new social reward and recognition website is turning into a marketing dream for Helen Van Den Berg, a tour guide operating from a small remote town in Australia. Helen's profile as 1 of the1000best has seen her inundated with tributes and boosts from her clients, all with one very clear message that Helen is the best tour guide in the world.
Helen's nomination as 1 of the 1000 best tour guides in the world was gifted to her by friends as a way of rewarding, recognising and saying thank you. This gift gave her a Personal Space page on the1000best where Helen profiled herself, her own newly launched web site and her Tour Guide business.
As well as the profile, the website also encourages ongoing positive reinforcement for nominees by giving people the ability to boost' their favourite nominees on a daily basis and to send tribute messages. It is the tribute messages that are paying off handsomely for Helen. "I have been overwhelmed by the tributes I have received and I have been on a constant high with all the positive feedback. This website has to be the ultimate marketing tool - this type of marketing is priceless and it's lead to an amazing amount of traffic to my own website".
The1000best.com takes social networking in a totally new direction. Rather than just providing a platform to connect people, the1000best.com goes the next step by offering a gift of social reward and recognition. Generally, anyone can join a social network for free however to get connected on the1000best.com someone must value you enough to purchase a gift nomination and nominate you as 1 of the1000best in the world (according to them). People with business interests and who are fortunate and worthy of nomination then have a very public platform to market themselves by way of sharing the positive experiences of their clients with the world. Referral systems like this are worth their weight in gold.
Savvy business owners can also nominate their employees or business teams and use the power of social networking and social recognition to both reward their people and gain valuable positive advertising. This is a form of synergistic marketing, in which the business is linked to positive values and social appreciation. As Grant Soosalu, one of the developers of the1000best.com commented "Social Networking is a huge and growing phenomenon, and the1000best.com now provides a fantastic mechanism for showcasing your business by linking your people into this network of value".
So if you want to really make use of Social Networking to promote your business, and do so in a way that links to strong positive values, check out:

it can work wonders to promote your business.

Avoid the Top 10 Network Marketing Mistakes

Just completed this for the December Noni Pearls Magazine, thought I would share it with all of you. Hope you enjoy it.
Avoid the most common mistakes
Here are the 10 most common mistakes that networkers make. These mistakes are often ones of attitude, missed judgment calls, or misinformation.
Common mistake in network marketing -#1
Inflated Earnings Expectations
There are many millionaires in the Network Marketing Industry. There are also many millionaires in the NBA as well, but how many schoolyard ballplayers make it to the NBA? VERY FEW! This is the case in Network Marketing and those who become millionaires as well. While a large number home based business owners earn a great part-time income. The average individual spends more time dreaming about what they are going to do, or spends their time in fruitless activity. Realistic expectations for the average part-timer should be an extra $400-$500 per month. Don't sell anyone else the millionaire line. It may happen, but it simply is not the average.
Common mistake in network marketing -#2
Go For the Product, Not the Plan
I hear it nearly every day. Just last night I received an unsolicited call. The conversation went something like this: ..."Hello, I understand you want to start a home based business and make boat loads of money"......I stopped her at this point and asked her if she has used that introduction very long. She said, "oh yes, I have been doing this for years now!" So I asked her how effective she was in calling phone numbers with that opener. She said, "I make lots and lots of money". Our conversation went on for about 10 minutes with her telling me how much money she was making and how easy it was to make "boat loads" of money. Ten minutes into our conversation, she had yet to reveal what it was she was representing--what was it she was selling to make BOAT LOADS of money with? This should be one of the first things you speak about.
It was at this point in time I informed her that I currently had a home based business and was not looking to enter into another business. "Could we please speak business to business here as I am not a prospect". She stammered a little bit but politely agreed. As it turns out, she simply copies pages out of the phone book and calls each name one at a time. She has been doing this for a year with very little positive results, and is struggling tremendously to earn more than $200 per month. You guessed it, I asked her if she would be interested in learning more about my company and the team benefits. In the end, I mailed her a copy of the current magazine and some additional literature. She was excited to hear that we work with our team members one on one coaching and mentoring. She stated that the person who signed her up has never spoken or responded to communication in more than 3 years. This is just sad and pathetic.
Too often, the temptation is to speak with our recruits or prospects about the "money" which can be earned. As a result, you may sign a few new people up who are looking only for the money...while this may work, you are missing one of the biggest, best and most effective sales tools.......YOUR PERSONAL TESTIMONIAL. How effective is a man, who has never cleaned, cooked, or used a vacuum cleaner in his life going to be at selling items to make these chores easier? It is much more simple to speak about the "business end" when your audience believes you because you believe in the products.
Of course, a fair compensation plan, which provides good incentives, is important. But in the long run it is the company's quality products which people bond themselves to. The management and the vision make all the difference in the world.
Common mistake in network marketing -#3
Don’t Think Short Term
The Network marketing business is like any other worthwhile endeavor. Realistically, a distributor should not expect to see the real fruits of their labor until at least six months into their business. Those who have been truly successful have been at it a long time. Don't expect it overnight and never quit working towards the goal.
Common mistake in network marketing -#4
It’s Not Easy Money
We have heard it a million times, we may have even believed it a time or two. This is one of the things I hate most about the industry. People seem to think that the pitch should be "easy money", you don't have to work, you don't have to sell, you just make a list, sign a few people up and they do all the work for you! Sound familiar? Still waiting for the pigs to fly into your mailbox delivering great big checks?
Experienced Network Markers will tell you that it is not an easy money game. It is not merely a recruiting game. Distributors who are successful know their product, know their customers, know the company's vision, and are prepared to do that which is necessary. HARD WORK. Look at the name Network Marketing.
Common mistake in network marketing -#5
“Free-Bee” Product – Forget About It
You get what you give and you take what you get! It’s not about offering something for nothing, it’s about adding value to what you have! I cannot stress this enough.
If you want to sit on a roller coaster of ups and downs. Downs being the money you spend for a freebee or a gimme product, the Ups being the instant traffic or interest you have while someone walks up to you.... with their hand out for your freebee. You will generate a great deal of Interest only in the trinket, but not what it is you have to say! Once they have what they want, they will never look back. You want activity, likewise, you also want FRUITFUL activity. If you must offer something for free, associate a value with it that benefits the individual. We offer a $25 Gift Certificate for all new Case Autoship Qualified Distributors. They in turn may use this with the company on a future purchase. Why do we do this? Because the chances of them trying another product from the company is high--we know the quality is second to none and feel that the additional exposure will show them the true value of other products.
Common mistake in network marketing -#6
Don’t Ignore the Company Track Record
A distributor who is looking to increase their odds of becoming successful is looking for a company with a good, strong, firm, and consistent track record. A track record demonstrates quality of management and products. This is very important for those who are genuinely "business builders".
Common mistake in network marketing -#7
Run --Don't walk!
You should avoid a company who requires you to carry large investments of inventory. The monthly minimum should be what you can realistically use in a single month. Autoship programs for both customers and distributors, represents a far more fair and long-term approach than large front load requirements.
Common mistake in network marketing -#8
Look for Products with Profit Margins
There are many Network companies in the world today. A great deal of them offer very low if any profit margin return. As a business builder, you know that Network marketing isn't for everyone. However if you have a good product, the product can be sold to everyone, you have a good thing going. Far too often distributors concentrate on the compensation plan and earnings hype then spending time looking at the profitability of the products or services offered by a company. A company with an exclusive product, these companies, can justify a higher profit, which means the ability to pay commissions in the long term from the sale of the products.
Historically, this is why the largest and most successful Network Marketing companies have had, as their mainstay, consumable products that are proprietary. These products are unique to the company, allowing for sufficient profit to pay commissions. If the products are available in every shopping club, grocery store or nutrition store, chances are, that is where the public will make their purchase.
Common mistake in network marketing -#9
Don't be a junkie or a ping-pong
Very few distributors in the industry have developed the ability to work multiple programs effectively. These types of distributors are few and far between. As the average distributor is part-time to begin with, you should carefully pick a company and stick with it. History favors the long-term committed distributor rather than the next-opportunity-junkie who hops from opportunity to opportunity. Focus and energy is hard to maintain with one company and its products, let alone several. Splitting your time and energy with several companies will most likely end with limited or paled results. Focus in on yourself, your goals, and your desires in one direction.
Common mistake in network marketing -#10
Turn off the TELEVISION
Activity is the name of the game in network marketing. You must do more than complete the distributor application; call your friends and sit back waiting for the money to be rolling into your mailbox. Turn your television off and get proactive. Do you know how many hours you could find in a day if you simply were willing to turn the television off?
The most successful people in network marketing are the ones who are constantly recruiting, selling and calling upon the same prospective customers and recruits multiple times. Those who sit back and watch the television in all their spare time will have unfulfilled expectations.

The Cumulative Effect of Marketing

One of the most difficult for people to get used to is the fact that they do not get any return on their advertising dollar.
When you start testing advertising and marketing done the emotional response way, you'll have to decide whether advertising and marketing campaigns you start and test are working well enough to continue.
All the biggest myths about advertising and marketing that are professed by all the so called "gurus" is that there is a cumulative effect of marketing and advertising. That "name recognition" builds from this cumulative effect and eventually results in business.
Image marketing can and does work in very limited circumstances. Those circumstances are strictly in situations where someone has so much money and so much time that they can afford to build name recognition that eventually leads to a large and successful business.
For example, we all know McDonald's and Coca Cola, and we've all seen the polar bears and the Golden Arches. We know about those products as things implanted in our brains. Keep in mind though, that Coke and McDonald's spend literally millions and millions of dollars a year to get and keep that kind of name recognition.'
In many businesses, while some large companies do have name recognition, there isn't always a so-called "taste" as there is with Coke or McDonald's. People go to buy those products and eat or drink them because they like the way they taste. They don't go just because they recognize the name.
Now keep in mind a very, very important difference between these types of products and many other kinds of services. In services, nobody knows what you taste like, or whether one office of "Great way Brokers" is better than "Smart Financial Services".
Why? Because many services are highly personal. They require making personal connections. "Name recognition" won't help you a bit if your advertising isn't seen by anybody because it's boring and uninteresting.
The cumulative effect and measuring the success of your marketing clearly presents when you want to do any direct marketing project, it either works well right away, or it doesn't. Occasionally, you have a mediocre result that can be tweaked and improved. Normally you know instantly whether your advertising and marketing is working.
Let's say for example you were in sales and you decided to run an ad in your local paper for $40. After two days you receive eight leads who leave their name and address in your Voice Mailbox. Now, using a ballpark of $10/lead as the maximum acceptable cost for any type of marketing or advertising campaign, you can get an idea of whether your promotion is in the ballpark or not.
With this $40 ad divided into 8 leads, you're paying $5 a lead. Which is certainly an acceptable cost per lead. This sort of cost-per-lead range will end up being very productive and successful for you as you move through the testing and increase the frequency and size of your ads.
But, if you ran the same $40 ad and only got two responses, you're at $20 a lead. That tells you that the ad probably either A) has the wrong headline, B) is in the wrong place in the paper, C) is in the wrong publication altogether, or D) is in the wrong time of the week or month, or any combination of the above variables.
This would work the same way if you were in the retail business. Instead of getting leads you would get customers. Wouldn't it be better to get 8 customers to respond to you rather than 2 customers? The ad cost the same no matter what your response is, however the bottom line on your business makes it a huge difference.
To be honest with you, even though you can take educated guesses and get pretty good at figuring things out over time, as you get more experienced in response marketing, you still never know exactly why a particular campaign does or does not work. All you know is either A) it does, or B) it doesn't.

Exploring Marketing In Cyber Space

Going into business for yourself costs money. It doesn’t matter what type of business it is, you are going to spend some kind of money getting started. Once your business is up and running, you need to attract customers. How are you going to do that? How are people going to know you are out there and purchase from you? You can use print ads, radio ads, billboard ads, or even television ads, but guess what? Yes, they are effective, but have you budgeted for that kind of expense?
One form of advertising that is cost effective, and can help attract customers to you is the internet. The internet and the World Wide Web (www) have attracted much attention since its appearance. The positive aspect of the internet is that businesses of all sizes have the same amount of exposure. Small business can now compete with the larger business in this relatively new environment. The internet is the most inexpensive marketing tool available in today’s business world, as well as the most cost-effective. The internet is has become a sales channel, directed towards the consumer. You name the product, and you can find it on the internet.
Some people are uncomfortable with the internet, due to high tech phobias or to not understanding the associated jargon. There is no need to be afraid. We have seen so much in the last 20 years with technology, and there is nothing to be afraid of. You don’t even need to know anything about technology to be successful, but you will need to know how to market yourself in a manner that separates you from the competition.
Think about how many people surf the web, and placing a business on the internet, will give it incredible exposure, and let a business owner reach millions of users. You are not confined to a specific area any more. Now a business can reach the world in a matter of minutes. This opportunity includes the online marketing networker as well. The internet is so much less expensive, compared to other forms of advertising. The online marketing networker could have a website built and up and running for a whole year for the same cost as one day's advertising in the classified section of a local newspaper. That message could be seen by people, from around the country and the world, for a fraction of the cost of any other marketing method, and will get more attention from the online prospect than any other method. The personal interaction is present which produces a very intimate selling situation.
The online marketing networker requires a different approach for development of online marketing network website. The following are four tips for the online marketing networker:
1. Building a professional online marketing network website with compelling copy, with the sole objective of obtaining more leads, more sales, and increased profitability, using fine, yet reasonable graphics and scripts to make it rich and appealing to the site visitors.
2. Use powerful, proven marketing strategies and techniques that allow your website to recognize excellent results and concurrently cutting online marketing network costs.
3. Improve the performance of the online marketing network website and transform it into a persuasive money making vehicle.
4. Employ customized and innovative marketing campaigns to increase online marketing network exposure and secure consistently superior results from the sales and marketing efforts.
The internet is a different marketing medium that requires its own rules and regulations for doing online marketing effectively. Instead of the advertisers sending a message to a targeted audience that acts or dismisses the call to action, online consumers seek out information and advertising. The consumers are the initiators of communication. Yet the internet is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Success on the internet requires full understanding of the concept, hard work, attention to detail, and constant promotional activity. The internet as a marketing tool is not about fancy graphics only; it's also about valuable industry information, professional marketing efforts and reliable hosting service, making it fast and easy to download information.
There are consumers out there, are you?

Creating Multiple Streams of Affiliate Income

Have you ever heard or read the phrase “multiple streams of income” before? Do you know what this phrase means? For many businessmen, creating multiple streams of income online or offline is one way of securing themselves as well as their businesses in the future. They also believe that it can also save them from the so-called famine effect in the business industry. Once you are engaged in affiliate marketing business, it is advisable if you have multiple streams of affiliate marketing income so that if one of those income streams vanished, it will not upset you the way losing your sole stream would. If you depend on just one source of income and this single stream has been downsized or has lain off, you’ll surely find yourself bankrupted and hopeless. Try to ask the most successful online entrepreneurs, and you’ll discover that they have established multiple streams of online income.
There is a businessman that said and attested that the very first step you must take in creating multiple streams of income is to assess or evaluate your resources. Start by assessing yourself first. Jot down your answers to the following questions: What are the talents, abilities, strength and gears that you possess? Are you gifted with excellent and creative writing skills? Can you do well at sales? Are you good in communicating with people? Are you born with an artistic skill or unique ability that other people don’t have? Through this, you can determine the kind of business where can possibly excel.
Next, look around and write down you assets and physical resources such as computer, color printer, scanner, digital camera, cell phone, CD or DVD burner. Write these all down because it can be used as a resource. Consider also your friends and family. Find out what do they possess that you have access to. Remember that no man is an island. You can use the talents, abilities, knowledge and resources of everyone you know.
That’s basically the initial step if you want to create multiple income streams. But if you’re already a webmaster or a site owner, you definitely have an edge. Why don’t you join affiliate marketing business to help you gain extra income out of your own website?
Being involved in affiliate marketing is one of the most desirable ways to make multiple sources of income. It is because affiliate marketing programs come in various shapes and forms. There are a large number of affiliate marketing programs that you can sign on with and start gaining bucks right away. In affiliate marketing, you can make money by promoting and reselling your affiliate products and by recruiting new affiliates. What’s good about this is that you can find widest array of training materials that can enhance your marketing abilities. In affiliate marketing, you can be sure that there are genuine products to promote and sell and there is real income to make.
Either part time or full time, being an affiliate marketer is an excellent way to create multiple income streams by means of promoting products and services from web merchants. Here, you can get affiliate commission without investing big bucks in making your own product and without worrying about book keeping, customer support and ecommerce. All you have to do is to promote and resell the products and services in your site and pass on potential customer’s the merchant’s site.
In affiliate marketing, it is advisable to promote more merchants in your site so that your visitors will have variety of destinations to choose from. Using multiple merchants in the same site or niche means only one thing – you have multiple streams of affiliate income. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this business strategy because this is one of the best ways to protect your business and expanding your horizons. Through this, you can be assured that you won’t experience crisis if ever one of your web merchants closed his/her program.
However, you should choose only those affiliate programs that interest you so that you can effectively advertise and promote them. Don’t ever be tempted into signing up for numerous affiliate programs in the hope that one of them will bring income. Select wisely and don’t be engaged in selling products you know nothing about. Go with the stuff that jives with your enthusiasm; your passion can capture your client by the nose and guide him/her to your affiliate link.
You should also work hard to make your multiple streams of income more stable. You can do this by embracing some strategies and tactics and by developing within yourself, some traits that can help you become successful in any kind of business such as patience, persistence and thirst for knowledge.
Lastly, just remember the adage that says “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” So that if one of them is lost, you can still have some to make omelets. And what do these eggs have to do with multiple streams of affiliate income? Well, it goes without saying that the more streams of income you possess, the bigger and better your money lake becomes.

Characteristics of Marketing 2.0

This is a previous post from my blog, www.eggmarketingblog.com
If you’re online at all these days, you probably hear a lot about Web 2.0. Marketing 2.0. is the counter to the latest engaging tools of technology. Here are five characteristics of Marketing 2.0:
• First, it is interactive. No longer are we forced to sit on the couch and take our daily dose of advertising. We now can jump in the television (or computer) and change the color of the background, choose what pose the personality takes, and tell them how we like to get our messages. More or less.
Take YouTube, for example. What started out as a way for teenagers to post inane videos of skateboarding falls has turned into the single biggest factor affecting media today. Yes, there are still the “idiot videos,” but now they’re mixed in with product spoofs, commercials that are actually interesting, and now even political debates. What used to be solely for the tech-savvy consumer is now being wooed by major players like CNN.
YouTube works because it is interactive. Once you view a video you can share it with friends. That’s how something like a silly Transformers rap has been viewed over 510,000 times!
• Marketing 2.0 is a conversation between consumers and companies. Since we have all but removed commercials from our television viewing repertoire thanks to Tivo, companies have to find new ways to reach their audience. That means they have to ask consumers what they want. They’re listening for once!
Blogs and forums allow companies to take off their professional mask and get comfortable with their customers. It gives a comfortable, informal voice to the company. Take the Apple Blog. Readers can get updates on Apple products as well as comment on posts. They’re in essence creating a dialog that hasn’t previously been available.
• Democracy is what Marketing 2.0 is all about. If the public doesn’t like it, it won’t float. Or will it? Sometimes there is a public outcry so loud you can hear it from cyberspace. A few months ago, an illegal HD DVD encryption code was posted online. Bloggers found the code and spread it like wildfire, using, among others, Digg as a tool to spread it. The problem? HD DVD is one of Digg’s sponsors, so the founder of Digg received a cease and desist order from the company.
The original post was removed, but it was like pulling a leg off a centipede. The code continued to spread. Eventually the founder had to throw his hands up, knowing that democratic media had gotten the best of the situation.
• Marketing 2.0 efforts are always non-traditional. There are no rules. This is good in that any business can devise a new method of marketing, but bad because nothing is guaranteed.
Here’s an example of Marketing 2.0 gone awry: at the beginning of 2007, Cartoon Network launched a marketing campaign for its show “Aqua Teen Hunger Force” in Boston. The campaign involved the placement throughout the city of several lightboards with cartoon characters on them. Someone cried “terrorism!” and the project was shut down. Hard. With police action. The situation might have been an overreaction, but the head of Cartoon Network resigned as a result. Not every idea is a good idea.
• Finally, Marketing 2.0 is flexible. If you’re used to booking year long phone book ads, this is the complete opposite. Any marketing tool can be changed or stopped relatively easily, and the majority of Marketing 2.0 is affordable (blogs, for example, are free). Creating a strong marketing mix will involve hits and misses, so it is important that you be able to change your marketing plan on a dime.
Now that you understand Marketing 2.0, how will you use it? The longer you take to shift gears from “old school” marketing to Marketing 2.0, the more customers you will lose as a result. Take the plunge with me into the future of marketing. Trust me, it will be refreshing!

How To Plan Online Marketing Campaign

An Internet marketing company located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, crafted a solution to this ever-growing challenge within his local small business community – gaining online visibility in a competitive environment, and how to wisely invest in non-traditional advertising practices such as search engine marketing, while effectively managing budget and time constraints?
The continuous shift from traditional to Internet marketing is creating urgency for proprietors that want to grow their business, both online and offline. Simply having a website displaying your company’s products or services is no longer an effective means to create new leads and attract customers.
There’s already significant online competition, and the result is that there is now a growing requirement for Internet marketing knowledge and expertise in order to achieve success with online marketing campaigns.
Internet marketing has become a complicated discipline that involves a great deal of theoretical knowledge in combination with applied techniques. The good news is that to increase your online visibility and revenues you don’t need to know everything about Internet marketing; the essential Internet marketing techniques will drive positive results for your product or service.
The key is to experiment and apply what works for your niche, and learn how to stay on top of the latest changes and newest trends in your industry.
Get an expert to provide you with a custom Training
Customized training also gives the opportunity to define a strategy that will bring real results, which will lead to a maximized return on investment and higher conversion rates. Targeted Internet marketing is more affordable and efficient, and an increasing number of free tools are becoming available. Targeted visitors are more likely to help rise a site’s ranking in the search engines, grow the websites exposure and ranking, and increase the businesses’ leads and sales: the ultimate goal of any company.
The advantages of personal training are far-reaching: lower costs, increased comprehension, maximized learning, and quality time consumption. The bottom line is that personal training offers individualized attention oriented specifically to the needs of the client, within a flexible schedule and non-threatening learning environment.

Increase your subscriptions by posting testimonials on your site that share the benefits of joining your e-zine.
10. Purchase e-zine advertising.
You'll be able to get your ad for your e-zine in front of people interested in what your e-zine has to offer.
Purchasing e-zine advertising is also a very good choice if you don't have enough subscribers yet to begin swapping ads.

Strategy to Earn Customer loyalty

The key of your business success is building customer loyalty as well as holding on existing customers is as important as soliciting new customers to keep feeding your list with fresh subscribers. Customer loyalty is the key to your business growth and profit. Because loyal customers generate a continual revenue stream through repeat purchases, they bring your business-increased profitability at a lower cost.
Like in any other moneymaking system, to succeed as an email marketer, you will need to understand all the secrets that are available to keep growing your business and apply them immediately.
How to Build a Business Relationship to Gain Customer loyalty!
Everywhere you go online they tell you that you must have a list to succeed. That's true but it doesn't go far enough until you understand exactly what makes subscribers eager to pay for your products, success will remain subtle.
If you don’t know how to build a business relationship to keep your subscribers enthusiastic, eagerly waiting for your articles and rush to buy your product without any regard for brand, your list is worthless.
Hands down the main key factor of a responsive email list is the Trust Factor. If you earn your subscribers trust, you will have much more success when it comes to advertise to your list. Without the trust of your subscribers, they will be leery when it comes to pulling out their credit card to buy from you.
1 - Earn your subscribers trust
Honesty is essential to earning customers' trust, and that trust is the key to gaining customer loyalty. Earning customers trust is important to the success of any business.
Being honest goes with not hiding anything.
Let your subscribers know your Identification and contact information, such as your name, physical address, email address and telephone number. It is important that you let your subscribers know how to contact you for assistance. The more they know you as a person, the more they'll trust you. And when it comes to asking for money, nothing is more important than trust.
Warning: Be sure to be selective in what you promote to your subscribers. If you suggest a product that turns out to be a scam, your subscribers will likely blame you first for recommending it to them. You really can’t afford to take a hit like this to your reputation.
2 - Give Them What They Want
When your subscribers sign up to your ezine, they are doing so for a reason. They want the information you are telling them they will receive. Keep giving them that, and they’ll be happy as can be. Diverge from that, and you could find yourself losing subscribers quicker than you can get them.
Tips: Ask Your Subscribers what they want. Don’t guess. Use this great, easy to use
online tactic to find out exactly what your subscribers will buy from you or what subject they want to learn about. You could hold a contest. By sending them simple questionnaires or surveys will give you a sense of your market's needs, wants and preferences. Give the winner a quality prize and/ or gift that he can’t find elsewhere. Getting your subscribers involved like this will also keep them interested in your emails and help get more emails opened.
3 - Don’t send “too many” marketing messages.
Two thing you really need to watch, as a publisher, is how to advertise your product/ service and what product you endorse. Nothing ticks off a subscriber more than thinking a publisher is only in it for the money. This will happen if you advertise too much, or if you advertise the wrong products.
Sending out an email newsletter with too much ads and a little or no quality information will hurt your reputation. You have everything to lose, and nothing at all to gain by stuffing your Ezine with ads.
The ads in your Ezine aren’t the only things you have to worry about. This also includes any ads you send out that are separate from your regularly scheduled newsletter. Sending out an ad each day is not the way to go if you want to build customer loyalty. It is the way to go if you want everyone to unsubscribe from your list.
4 - Make your subscribers your friends!
Give your subscribers a good sense of who you are. It’s important that your subscribers see you as a real person, because they will likely never meet you in person.
One thing every successful publisher does is just talk about whatever is on their mind in each issue of their Ezine. They may talk about their family, their favorite sports team, politics, the weather, anything that’s going on. They usually ask the reader to write back a few comments about it, or the reader will just write back without being asked to. This creates a bond between the publisher and the reader that could result in future sales and future partnerships.
5 - Over Deliver
Nothing makes people happier than knowing you pay attention to them. Make your customers and potential clients delighted by giving them more than they expected. After they order your product or sign up for your publication, give them a gift or a bonus that wasn’t advertised, in addition to any gifts or bonus you promised they would get. I’m not talking about any ebook or software they can download from any website. Give something that no one or only a few other people are giving away. This kind of gift and bonus says that you put a lot of attention and thought into helping them succeed.
From time to time and in special events send free gifts just for the heck of it. By continuously over delivering, your subscribers will realize that you are trying to help them learn what they need to know, and they will appreciate it when you give them the tools and information they need to succeed. This is obviously geared more towards strong relationship and they stay loyal customers longer.
6 - Help Them Out
Besides giving your subscribers what they want, helping them with whatever they need help with is the best way to earn customer loyalty. While this works on an individual basis, instead of taking care of all of your subscribers at once, the people you are able to help will be very grateful, and will probably tell their friends, colleagues and neighbors about you. Positive word-of-mouth is a powerful way to acquire new customers and build customer loyalty.
If one of your subscribers sends you an email asking for help, help them out as much as you can. Don’t just give them a quick, one word answer. They’ll probably just be back asking for a little more information. Just go ahead and tell them what you can, and be nice about it, even if you think it’s a stupid question.
7 - Don’t Use Hype
I’m sure you’ve seen this before. It seems to be everywhere you look people trying to hype-up their offer to make it sound better than it is. Most people just want you to be straight with them.
If you just stick to telling the truth about a product, without making it look like hype, I think your subscribers will have much more respect for you. Personally, I think its stimulating when someone sends me a sales letter and outlines how I can benefit from it without trying to make it sound better than it is. Most people can tell the difference, and will probably be turned off by the hype.
The bottom line
When you combine all of these keys, you’ll build a strong relationship with your subscribers and they stay loyal customers for years. All you need to do is find a way to include all of these keys into your business marketing strategies, and you’ll soon find yourself getting new subscribers, building relationships with and earning customer loyalty.
